Program Description
Financial Trendseeder, operated by Trendseeder Holdings LLC, offers recurring automated marketing text messages promoting its personal finance, investing education, and financial strategy content. These messages are sent only when you separately select the marketing SMS consent checkbox.
Consent
You provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Financial Trendseeder only by separately selecting the marketing SMS consent checkbox and submitting the subscription form. Providing a mobile number or clicking Subscribe without selecting that checkbox does not authorize marketing text messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of subscribing.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may provide or withdraw your consent at any time without affecting any other transactions or relationships with Financial Trendseeder.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week, though the exact number may change depending on current campaigns, content schedules, and program updates. We send SMS messages only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone, subject to any stricter applicable restrictions.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Financial Trendseeder is not responsible for any messaging or data charges your wireless carrier may impose for sending or receiving text messages. Please consult your wireless service provider for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message you receive from us. You may also revoke SMS consent by any other reasonable method, including emailing support@financialtrendseeder.com or mailing Trendseeder Holdings LLC at 11 5th Avenue, #17n, New York, NY 10003. We will honor revocation requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days. After an opt-out request, you will receive one non-promotional confirmation, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.
Opting out of SMS messages does not affect any other communications you may receive from us, such as email. If you wish to opt out of all communications, please contact us at the address below.
Changed or Reassigned Numbers
If you change, disconnect, or transfer the mobile number you enrolled, please opt out before relinquishing it or notify support@financialtrendseeder.com so we can remove it from the program. Do not enroll a number you are not authorized to use.

Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability
Our SMS program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their respective MVNOs. However, service availability, message delivery, and carrier support may vary by carrier, device, and geographic location.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Financial Trendseeder is not liable for any carrier delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier, network congestion, device compatibility, or other factors outside of our control. Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our program.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for additional information about our data practices.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has subscribed to our SMS program, we will promptly remove their number from our messaging list and delete any associated information.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
