No Investment Advice
Financial Trendseeder is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Financial Trendseeder provides general financial information and educational content and may also send promotional communications when separately authorized. Our content and communications are not individualized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances. High Risk and Total Loss Warning
Investing and trading in financial markets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. The value of investments can fluctuate significantly, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Markets are speculative in nature, and you should only invest money that you can afford to lose entirely. Financial Trendseeder does not guarantee any particular financial outcome, return on investment, or performance result.
Forward-Looking Statements
Certain content on the Site or in our communications may contain forward-looking statements, projections, opinions, or hypothetical scenarios about financial markets, trends, or strategies. These statements are based on current information and assumptions and are inherently uncertain. Actual results may differ materially from any projections or opinions expressed. Forward-looking statements should not be relied upon as predictions of future events or as guarantees of specific outcomes.
SMS and Email Communications (TCPA Compliance)
You provide prior express written consent, as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Financial Trendseeder only by separately selecting the marketing SMS consent checkbox and submitting the subscription form. Providing a mobile number or clicking Subscribe without selecting that checkbox does not authorize marketing text messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of subscribing. Message frequency varies.
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message, or by any other reasonable method, including emailing support@financialtrendseeder.com or mailing Trendseeder Holdings LLC at 11 5th Avenue, #17n, New York, NY 10003. We will honor revocation requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days. After opting out, you will receive one non-promotional confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@financialtrendseeder.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRENDSEEDER HOLDINGS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRENDSEEDER HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trendseeder Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: your use of the Site; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any information or content you submit through the Site.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Informal resolution. Before commencing arbitration, you and Trendseeder Holdings LLC will attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally for 30 days after written notice describing the dispute and the requested relief. Send notice to Trendseeder Holdings LLC, 11 5th Avenue, #17n, New York, NY 10003.
Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and any non-waivable consumer protections will govern where required. The seat of arbitration is New York County, New York, before a single arbitrator, subject to any legally required consumer accommodation. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Small claims. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.
Class and collective action waiver. YOU AND TRENDSEEDER HOLDINGS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims except as provided for mass filings below.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Trendseeder Holdings LLC by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel or organizations, the demands will be administered under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, including their procedures for batching, scheduling, and fees. This procedure does not eliminate any claimant's individual claim or any non-waivable right.
Exceptions. This section does not waive relief or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including public injunctive relief available under California law, or mandatory protections and court-access rights that apply to consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom. This arbitration provision also does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, which can, if the law allows, seek relief on your behalf.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Trendseeder Holdings LLC, 11 5th Avenue, #17n, New York, NY 10003, within 30 days of your first use of the Site.
Court fallback. If the class or collective action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, or if arbitration does not apply to a claim, that claim will proceed in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
